วิธีทำ
1.
ปลากะพงหั่นเป็นชิ้นพอคำ แล้วนำไปชุบแป้งทอดสำเร็จ ผสมน้ำคนพอเข้ากันดี
เอาปลากะพงลงชุบในแป้ง แล้วเอาปลากะพง ลงไปทอดในน้ำมันที่ร้อนจัด
คอยกลับไปกลับมา จนปลากะพงสุกเหลืองดี แล้วตักขึ้นพักไว้ ให้สะเด็ดน้ำ
2. คะน้าหั่นเป็นท่อน
ข้าวโพดอ่อนหั่นเฉียง แครอทหั่นแว่นหรือทำเป็นดอก ดอกกะหล่ำ
ตัดเป็นช่อเล็ก ๆ แล้วนำผักไปล้างผึ่งให้สะเด็ดน้ำ
3. เส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวเส้นใหญ ่คลี่เส้นให้เป็นเส้นติดกัน แล้วนำไปผัดกับซิอิ๊ว ดำหวาน พอสุกเอาขึ้นตักใส่จาน
